AGENT ANYWHERE

Productivity and Efficiency Anywhere it's Needed
Agent Anywhere™ enables agents to be spread across a network of NEAX® 2400 IMX and NEAX 2400 IPX systems connected via FCCS. A single NEAX 2400 IMX or NEAX 2400 IPX system with CallCenterWorX®-Enterprise (I) or CallCenterWorX-Enterprise provides centralized control, CTI, MIS and administration. Agent Anywhere meets networking needs more affordably by uniquely addressing small groups of agents that might reside in departmental or campus environments, using FUSION call control (FCCS is required) to connect these remote agents as if they were all at one location. The result is networked contact center agents without redundant costs. Primary benefits to the customer include the cost-effective provision of a departmental-sized, networked contact center. The cost-effective nature of this application is generated by the reduced cost of ACD hardware for the overall solution, a smaller footprint across the customer's network of NEAX systems and the ability to network agents across NEAX 2400 systems without Network ACD. Another significant benefit is the centralization of management and CTI. The contact center management has direct visibility of the performance of all agents, regardless of their location in the network, using Global Navigator. CTI applications (such as screen pops or quality monitoring) are controlled from a single system rather than requiring these applications to be replicated at each system in the network.
