The UNIVERGE MA4000 management system is a Web-based product designed to manage and configure communications systems using a unified central methodology. The MA4000 application expands its feature set using additional applications that allow an IT Administrator to integrate his/her NEC Enterprise Communications system into the corporate business environment.

The UNIVERGE MA4000 Assistant is a desktop application that is a Web-based product designed to allow individual users to perform selected management tasks. This decentralization of the management task is accomplished by distributing administrative functions to individual users in relation to their own phones and permissions.
