CALL CENTER WORX MIS
CallCenterWorX®-MIS is an entry-level Management Information System (MIS) that delivers both real-time statistics and historical reports to managers and supervisors using CallCenterWorX-Business or CallCenterWorX-Enterprise systems. CallCenterWorX-MIS is ideal for a compact or departmental customer contact center that needs to monitor multiple levels of caller and agent activity but does not require a more sophisticated MIS solution. Call event data transmitted by a CallCenterWorX system is collected by CallCenterWorX-MIS. The data is analyzed, sorted and used to produce a colorful real-time screen depicting current caller activity and agent activity in the contact center. Data accumulated during user-configurable increments is summarized and stored on the hard drive. It is then used to prepare printed reports detailing the activity of the contact center for various intervals of time. Reports may be printed at scheduled intervals or on demand.
CallCenterWorX-MIS maintains a relational database of statistical summary data in six categories: Agents, Agent Groups, Splits, Trunk Groups, Pilots and Tally Codes. Reports on all categories are available. The database, based on Microsoft® Data Engine (MSDE) is transaction based to ensure data integrity and provides open access to database tables and statistics. The 1.5 GB disk capacity ranges from many weeks to months of contact center data depending on the type of data archived and storage interval frequency configured for the contact center.
