The Desktop Agent Phone is a Dterm® Series E digital telephone with specialized features for contact center use. This instrument is compatible with CallCenterWorX®-Business, CallCenterWorX-Enterprise and CallCenterWorX-Enterprise (I) systems. The phone has four softkeys, sixteen feature and line keys that may be programmed by the system administrator and sixteen one-touch-speed-dial keys that may be programmed by the agent. The phone also has dedicated feature keys that are specific use keys dedicated to contact center features. Additionally the phone has a built-in headset adapater that allows the agent to be equipped with either a standard handset or an optional headset.
