SPECTRUM NETWORKS EXPANDS SERVICE OFFERINGS

Acquires Tri-State Operations of ACS
CINCINNATI, December 9, 2005 -- Spectrum Networks, Inc. announced today that they have acquired the Tri-State (OH, KY, IN) operations of Advanced Communication Solutions (ACS), one of the nation’s largest authorized NEC dealers. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.

ACS has over three decades of experience and expertise in the assessment and implementation of voice and data platforms and can provide solutions for telephone systems, voice mail, and data applications.
